Bank of America credit card bonus rules (October 2026)

Short answer: Bank of America's offer terms on Premium Rewards, Customized Cash Rewards, Travel Rewards and Atmos Rewards Ascent say the card may not be available to you if you currently have or have had it in the preceding 24 month period (Atmos adds that this does not apply to the business card). Each bonus is a one-time offer for a new account opened in response to the offer, not for converting an existing account. Separately, many applicants report a 2/3/4 velocity guideline that Bank of America does not publish. The issuer rules below are quoted from Bank of America's terms, read on 2026-10-22.
